'The Mikes' returned to Church Road looking to get back on track after a draw and a loss in their last two games on the road.
On an evening that seemed to encompass the four seasons it started off very windy as the mikes kicked into the wind.
Biddulph started quickly and had their first corner inside 4 minutes. On 8 minutes they had a chance when a header went just past the mikes post.
On 12 minutes Biddulph had another opportunity when Baker shot just past the post. Two minutes later Biddulph had the ball in the net but it was ruled out for offside.
On 15 minutes Boldmere had their first opportunity when Kirk Smith had a shot blocked inside the penalty area and then Jack Brown saw his shot blocked by the legs of the Biddulph keeper.
Boldmere thought they had broken the deadlock on 27 minutes when Adam Wood headed in from a free kick but again it was ruled out for offside.
Biddulph caused a scare three minutes later when a ball swirled in the wind and Boldmere keeper Adam Jenkins needed two attempts to hold it.
Boldmere nearly took the lead on half time when a shot on the edge of the penalty area hit the post and came back out again.
Boldmere started the 2nd half strongly and on 47 minutes Lee Osborne raced clear but with only the keeper to beat shot straight at him. A minute later a Jamel Fuller Cross found Simeon Tulloch headed over the Biddulph bar.
Boldmere had a another effort on 53 minutes when Lee Osborne shot straight at the keeper. Ten Minutes later Lee Osbourne had another opportunity when he shot into the Biddulph side netting.
As the conditions worsened it was Biddulph who had the last opportunity on 84 minutes as a shot went just past the post to give both teams a share of the points.
