Highgate 0 - 3 Boldmere St. Michaels
There were changes to the squad from saturday's win against Bromsgrove but a good solid performance once more, ending with another win which saw Boldmere qualify from Group A with maximum poinnts.
An early goa set play goall from skipper Neil Hanlon put the Mikes 1-0 up after 23minutes. Then an excellent individual goal by Johaine Thompson 10minutes before half time put Boldmere in a comfortable 2-0 lead by half time.
6 minutes into the second half and the Mikes sealed the victory and avoided a repeat of saturdays nevy finish by killing off Highgate. Neil Watkins stroked home the penalty and despite a 'never say die' spirit form Highgate, good keeping from Sean Butler managed to keep Highgate at bay for the rest of the second half.
