This Mikes have received a boost with positive updates on the injuries to their long-term absentees.

Striker Mark Mason has made a welcome return to full training following the broken metatarsal sustained in the second game on the season.

Keeper Adam Jenkins had the plaster removed last week from the ankle he fractured against Walsall, meaning he can now begin his rehabilitation.

Richard Dunleavy has also reported progress with his torn ankle ligaments following treatment, but he is still some way from a return to action.
