AFC Telford 2-1 BSM Yth

The Mikes Youth team narrowly lost out to league leaders AFC Telford at the New Buck's Head on Monday. After taking a first half lead through the excellent James Walker, the Mikes were unable to sustain this after the break and lost out to two second half goals.

Andy Burman commented: “We played well first half, but didn’t keep it going after the break. Things are starting to settle down now after a few new signings”.

It’s derby day at Church Road next Monday 9th November, when the young Mikes entertain local rivals Sutton Coldfield Town in a MFYL Premier Division North fixture (7.30pm)
