Jo is a proven goalscorer with an impressive record at both Stratford Town and Tipton Town, for whom he appeared last season. He also appeared for Solihull Moors, Bromsgrove Rovers and Redditch United.
Before his arrival in England, Jo played professionally in his native Hungary, earning his first contract aged 17 with Bekescsaba FC, then moving to Oroshaza FC. In his final season in Hungary, Oroshaza finished third in the second division, just behind runners-up Ferencvaros Budapest. Hungary's most famous club were in the second division following financial problems.
After signing for The Mikes, Jo has demonstrated his undoubted ability with his overall play and a flurry of strikes in pre season, showing he has that happy knack of hitting the target with the vast majority of his efforts. He continued this fine form into his competitive Mikes debut, scoring twice in the 3-0 win over Willenhall in the first home game of the season.
