In keeping with the rest of the management team, Rob is a former Mikes player.

A vastly experienced goalkeeper who earned Midland Comb title honours with Northfield Town, before originally joining the Mikes in 1995. Gained an MFA winner’s medal with Stourport Swifts, gaining promotion to the Southern League.

Rob had further spells with The Mikes, Market Drayton Town and Walsall Wood and returned to Church Road at the start of the 2008/09 season as goalkeeping coach, before taking on the reserve team joint-manager role for two successful seasons, before stepping down at the end of last season due to work commitments..
