The Mikes will be looking forward to a return to action following last week’s washout, welcoming Rocester to the Trevor Brown Memorial Ground on Saturday for an Aspire MFA fixture.
The Mikes secured a dramatic 3-2 win over Oadby Town in their last fixture, while Rocester recorded only their second home success, beating Bridgnorth Town 2-1 courtesy of a brace from Dan Lowndes.
The Mikes will be looking to avenge the Romans’ only pervious home victory, after enduring a 5-2 spanking at Hillsfield in September. Instead, The Mikes will look to last season’s double over the Romans for inspiration. Our Staffordshire visitors lie third from bottom of the table, while the Mikes are just in the top half, in 11th place.
