Shifnal Town Match Reaction
Following Tuesday’s excellent performance against Walsall, The Mikes were brought back down to earth with a bump as their indifferent league form resurfaced in a disappointing defeat at Shifnal.
To rub salt into the wounds, Town’s late winner came from Jamel Fuller who only made the switch between the two clubs a fortnight ago.
Assistant Manager Craig Feasey reflected on the disappointment: “Although we weren’t playing that well, at 1-0 we gifted them a route back into the game. Too many players didn’t play well on the day”.
The Mikes are on the road again next week, when they visit Oadby Town in the Aspire MFA.
