Match Preview: Studley v The Mikes – Saturday 3rd October 3:00pm.
The Mikes join 205 other teams dreaming of Wembley, as they begin their FA Carlsberg Vase campaign at the First Round Proper Stage on Saturday.
The Mikes have been handed an away tie against Aspire MFA rivals Studley. The Bees earned their place in Match 28 of the draw by defeating Leicestershire Senior League St Andrews 6-3 after extra time.
There was a bizarre twist, as the referee called full-time at 90 minutes, before realising his error and the teams emerged from the dressing rooms for the remaining half-hour.
The Mikes have no new injury worries for the tie, but welcome Adam Jenkins back to the squad after holiday.
